Web design and development in Costa Rica
Corporate sites, e-commerce, migrations and redesigns. Fast, maintainable, and yours.
A website is not a deliverable you sign off and forget: it is an asset that has to be maintained. We build corporate sites and online stores on WordPress and WooCommerce, and then we stay to maintain, measure and tune them.
What we build
- Corporate sites. A clear, fast presence the client can edit, built so people understand what the company does and how to reach it.
- E-commerce. WooCommerce stores with catalogue, local payment methods, shipping and invoicing wired into the actual operation.
- Migrations. Moving existing sites to better infrastructure, with an agreed window and a rollback plan.
- Redesigns. When the content is fine but the house has fallen apart, we rebuild the structure without losing what already ranks.
- Custom development. When no plugin solves what the business needs, we write it.
The cycle applied to a web project
- Diagnosis. What you have today, what works, what content is worth keeping, what already ranks and what must be preserved no matter what. Scope comes out of that, not out of a proposal template.
- Build. Structure, design, content and code. Reviewed in a staging environment before anything is touched in production.
- Monitoring and tuning. After launch we watch performance, backups, forms and what people actually do on the site. Measure, adjust, measure again.
What we work with, and why
WordPress and WooCommerce, because the client can administer it, can hire another provider if they ever want to, and is not locked into a closed platform only we understand. When the case justifies it, we write custom code instead of stacking plugins.
What is always included
- Performance handled from the design stage, not patched at the end.
- Basic accessibility: sufficient contrast, visible focus for keyboard navigation, real alternative text on images.
- Technical SEO: one main heading per page, a real heading hierarchy, hand written titles and descriptions, structured data and a sitemap.
- Backups with retention and a restore procedure that has actually been tested.
- Training for the client’s team so they can edit their own content.
What happens after launch
A site that is published and then abandoned degrades: plugins fall out of date, broken links appear, the contact form stops reaching a live mailbox and nobody notices until a customer complains. That is why maintenance is not an add on sold separately: updates, backups, uptime monitoring and periodic review are part of the service.
Where the site lives
A well built site on bad hosting is still a slow site. That is why the web project and the infrastructure get decided together, and the domain’s email is checked before anything moves.

High performance hosting
Nexcess, Bluehost and VPS on demand. We pick the tier the project actually needs.
Email and domains
Premium email on Rackspace, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and domains that never lapse on you.
Google Ads management
What we do when we run an account, how access is handled, and who owns the data.
Let's start with the diagnosis.
Tell us what you have running today and what is not working. The first conversation costs nothing, and if we are not the answer we will tell you straight.
